Monday Morning Mentoring II

by Robert

Last week :: Getting Past Splat

Keep the Main Thing the Main Thing

Some thoughts ::

Many people fall into a victim mentality whenever something unexpected happens. They may justify being a victim and think that there is a “conspiracy” against them to keep them from succeeding. In reality, they are their own worse enemy,

There is no “conspiracy” preventing you from accomplishing what you need to do. The unexpected is going to happen, you have to figure out how to deal with it.

Long term success is not an event, it is a process.

Don’t be an excuse maker.

People quit people before they quit companies.

Focus on the main thing.
