Leaders, lead – period.
“Don’t allow the critical noise of ‘one old bulfrog’ keep ou from doing what you need to do.”
We all need criticism, no mater how successful we are.
Criticism can be a teaching tool. Criticism from the right people can lead to improvement.
Everyone needs to be held accountable.
