- Had my annual doctors visit yesterday. Everything seems fine, except he wants me to lose a few pounds – shock!
- I had some great aspirations for exercise last year. I just need to do it!
- Dr. Ken Schenck has a nice rundown on the situation of Hebrews.
- The CEO of Thomas Nelson, Michael Hyatt interviewed Seth Godin about his new book.
- Speaking of Seth, he has a GREAT post on modern procrastination.
- Kalena is now calling me daddy instead of dada and freely giving me little kisses
My heart melts every time. - Another semester at Evangelical Theological Seminary started for me yesterday. After this semester, I will have completed a third of my masters degree.
- I registered for the Whiteboard Sessions. I attended the first one in 2008 and loved it. Instead of it being like a normal conference, Ben Arment structures it around seven speakers sharing one compelling idea each.
- looking forward to some of our teens being at the Central PA Youth Convention. We have some of the best teens in the world at the Gospel Center. And the devil is bidding high for them.

Glad all is well with your health. On the exercise front…yeah, me too, I just need to do it! I really want to incorporate it into my day…just when and where is what I need to work on!
Love that Kalena calls you Daddy! That’s really cool. I concur with the “melts my heart every time!” Awesome!

Maybe we should be accountable to each other in regards to exercising!
There is a YMCA within walking distance of the GC and I saw a few people walking on some sort of balcony circle upstairs over the basketball court. Not sure what else is there to use that you’d be interested in. Come to Nathan’s game Saturday at 9am one of the next 2 weekends and check it out. You can come watch his game without a membership card.
I used to have a membership there, but I hardly used it so I canceled it. There are some guys at the coffee shop who are members and the tell me they will hold me accountable this time if I rejoin
